Isaiah 54:17
“No weapon formed against you shall prosper,
And every tongue which rises against you in judgment
You shall condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
And their righteousness is from Me,” says the Lord.
Weapons come in many shapes and forms. They can be small, but mightily destructive. Weapons are not only guns, and knives, swords and things of that nature. One of the smallest weapons of mass destruction is our tongue. This weapon is so massive that it can kill. It has been used to assassinate people’s character. It has been used to sow discord amongst brothers and sisters.
God did not say the weapons would not form. What He did say is that they shall not prosper!! When your enemies come against you remember this scripture. Because you are a child of God, you have power to condemn any weapon that comes up against you.

“Lord, even though weapons may form against us, we have the assurance that we can condemn them in Your name. Help us not to use our tongue as a weapon of mass destruction, but to use our tongue to spread “The Good News!” In the name of Jesus, Amen!
