From the Pastor’s Pen: Many relationships deteriorate because trust has been breached. But the good news is trust when damaged can be rebuilt, but the one trying to rebuild the trust must be willing to punch the clock and do time to rebuild what they have damaged. The reason why people who have been hurt find it hard to trust again emerges when we consider that they were already willing to trust in the past and got burned. In order to rebuild the trust, the one who destroyed the trust must now create an atmosphere in which what they say and what they do are the same.
